The Summit County Nordic team is starting dryland training for nordic ski racing this winter —
one of the training requirements is to run with poles!

    Hi Sibylle,

Running/jogging with poles is commonly referred to as “hill bounding” and has been used as a training tool for Nordic Skiing for many years. I first used it in the 1970′s. It’s a great training tool! As a side note, I enjoyed snow skiing on your many resorts’ ski hills in Summit County.

    Walk Well!
